What Items are Available for Pickup?
Only items in stock at your selected location are available for Buy Online, Pick up in Store. Items that are available for Buy Online, Pick up in Store will display their availability in multiple places on growgeneration.com. Available products will also have the option to select pickup on the cart page.
How Do I Pickup My Order?
  • Once you place your Buy Online, Pickup in Store order from growgeneration.com, we will send you an email to confirm that your Buy Online, Pick up in Store order has been received.
  • When your order has been gathered, you will receive a "Ready for Pick Up" email with instructions for picking up your order. Depending on what time your order is placed and when your selected store closes, your order may not be ready until the following day.
  • We will hold your order at your selected store for 5 days. Items that are not picked up will be canceled and the payment method you provided at the time of the order will be refunded.
  • PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE STORE DIRECTLY for Buy Online, Pick up in Store orders. Give us a call at 800-935-8420 or email us at support@growgeneration.com.
How do I cancel a BOPIS order?
Once a Buy Online, Pick up in Store Order has been submitted, you may contact Customer Service to cancel the order. However, if you do not pick up your order within 5 days, GrowGeneration will cancel the order and refund the payment method you provided when placing your order.
How do I pay for my BOPIS order? Can I use promo codes?
  • When you place a Buy Online, Pick up in Store order on growgeneration.com, you will enter your payment information during the Checkout process as normal. The price you will be billed for Buy Online, Pick up in Store items is the price displayed on growgeneration.com.
  • Buy Online, Pick up in Store items are eligible for coupons that are designated for use on growgeneration.com only. Unfortunately, coupons and promotions that are offered as In-Store Only are not applicable to online orders, and coupons cannot be applied to orders that have already been picked up.
  • Grow Generation will only bill you once. If you do not pick up your Buy Online, Pick up in Store order within 5 days of placing it, the order will be canceled and refunded.
What do I need to bring for pick up?
  • When you arrive at the store to pick up your order, you must bring the following:
    • Your "Ready for Pickup" email notification or the original order confirmation email. This can be presented either on a smart phone or by printing it out
    • A valid photo ID
How do I change my pick up location?
  • At this time, only one store can be selected at a time as a preferred store for Buy Online, Pick up in Store. To change your preferred online store click the MY ACCOUNT button at the top of GrowGeneration.com and change your preferred location under Account Information.
  • To check an item's availability in a different store, select the Store Finder button and select a new store location.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed from shipping to pickup, from pickup to shipping, or from one store location to another. If your order needs change, please contact Customer Service to cancel your order, and place a new one.
How do I return a BOPIS order?
Items purchased using the Buy Online, Pick up in Store feature on growgeneration.com are subject to the same Return Policy as any other item purchased from growgeneration.com. Click Here to review our Return Policy and begin the return process. Orders MUST be inspected for damage and discrepancies before leaving the store. Once you have left the store with your items, you acknowledge that you accept delivery of them. Please contact Customer Service immediately regarding any damage or order errors. Once you have removed your items from the store, returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Can I send someone else to pick up my order?
  • Please contact us at 800-935-8420 or email us at support@growgeneration.com to notify us that someone else will be picking up your order. The person who will be picking up the order with need the following:
    • Your "Ready for Pickup" email notification or original order confirmation. This can be presented either on a smart phone or by printing it out.
    • A photo ID. Name on ID MUST match name provided at checkout.
Are there any additional fees for BOPIS orders?
No. There are no additional fees or charges associated with the Buy Online, Pick up in Store orders.
