Please ensure that your billing, shipping, and email addresses are correct, and that you have provided a working phone number. Any errors may result in your order being delayed, canceled, or undeliverable, and subject to restocking fees.
Once an order has physically shipped, partially or complete, it is considered fulfilled and will require a return subject to shipping and restocking fees, if applicable. Please contact GrowGeneration.com via email or by phone as soon as possible. Your order is not considered canceled until you have been notified verbally, or by email, that we were successful in canceling the shipment from leaving our warehouse. All orders canceled by the customer after credit card has been charged are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee deducted from the refund. Special Order items are not eligible for cancelation.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to quantities available for purchase, product recalls, Stop Sale orders as required by law in the delivery location, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after payment received, we will issue a refund to the same credit card used for payment.
