About Our Mt Holly Location

Mt. Holly is a charming small town in New Jersey’s Burlington County with a population of 9,981 as of 2020, and is also considered an Eastern suburb of Philadelphia. Mt. Holly is well known for its colonial history and influence and is home to many historical landmarks including the Burlington County Jail and the North Pemberton Railroad Station, both of which have been converted into museums. Mt. Holly is a great place to go antique shopping as it hosts many antique and specialty shops. For some spooky entertainment, you can take ghost & vampire tours through some of Mt. Holly’s historical sites. If you love the outdoors, Rancocas State Park is nearby and offers picturesque hiking, biking, and running trails, while Rancocas Creek provides fishing and kayaking opportunities. Hunting is also permitted in certain areas of the park. You can also blow off steam at one of Mt. Holly’s breweries, distilleries, or vineyards including Spellbound Brewing & Trainwreck Distillery. Medical use became legal in New Jersey in 2012, and several years later in 2021, recreational use was permitted. Cultivation is still not permitted in New Jersey.
