This product is amazing. My plants are stronger and doing very good.

I love the product, however, I called them right after placing the order and asked if I receive it expired will I be able to return it and the representative told me that I would just need to give them a call and they will refund me and I would have to just send the item back, but he told me that both the Power Si Original and Power Si Bloom which are two separate orders, both will be delivered from the main warehouse in Washington DC and said that if it was coming from another store then it's possible to get it expired but because it's coming from the DC location they have a lot of orders going out of that warehouse so they always stock the freshest product out of any other location. So, I just received both items and unfortunately, both of them have only 5 months of shelf life left. This was very upsetting because I will never be able to use them within 5 months and will have to buy it again. I called customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor and explained to them my situation and they offered me to send the items back but I offered to give me a partial refund of $20 which is $10 per item but he took it personally and got a little nasty with me and said that it's not his fault that I will not be able to use it within 5 months. I told him that because they are the manufacturers of this product and it usually has a 2-year shelf life, How is it possible that a manufacturer sells me products with 1/4 of shelf life remaining?! Once again he said that having 5 months shelf life left over is a fair amount. I told him how is that fair when you are giving me a quarter of what it should have?! Then he started telling me that the product will be good past the expiration date but let's not true at all because this is my third order and my first to orders when they expired within the next 30 days the fluid changed colors it was multiple colors and instead of being thick it started developing some other type of fluid that's very liquid not thick like it usually is and then couple weeks later mold started growing inside. So within 30 days after expiration date both times both items bloom and original started doing the same thing so for him to tell me that they last longer than the expiration date was complete BS. I told him that by returning the product they would have to pay $10 for return shipping and all I'm asking for is $20 credit but he said no they can't do that. I asked him what can you do to help me out a little instead of returning both items?! He said "THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO because 5 months is a fair amount of time" so apparently they are not interested in making their customers happy and unfortunately they don't specify the expiration date on the listing because if I knew it expires in 5 months I would have never made the purchase in the first place. This was a terrible experience and the store manager was very unprofessional and rude. I've always had good experience buying from grow generation until these two transactions and quite frankly I did not expect to be treated the way I was treated. I will never buy their product directly through them. Never again! I learned my lesson. I just had a buddy of mine who asked me which silica he should get and I told him to get 500 ml of Power Si Original and 1 L of Power Si Bloom but told him to NOT buy it from growgeneration because it's expiring in 5 months and he won't be able to use it within that time frame because the feeding ratios are only 0.5 mL per gallon of water. He just texted me saying that he found both items at another location I will not be providing the name of the store just in case they will decide to block this review because of that so I'm leaving the store name out from this review. Even though they offer free shipping and the prices seem to be decent, because it's expiring in 5 months it doesn't justify the expiration date that's nearing. I DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING POWER Si FROM GROWGENERATION!!!
